Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps to return your order:

1. Email us at support@safehugs.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line:
   "Return Request for order [insert order number]".

2. Return Conditions:

   • The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.

   • Returns must be initiated before any exchange request is processed.

   • Request a return receipt when handing the package to the courier.

3. Refunds:
   Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.
   
   

Exchange Policy

We only process exchanges for size changes. To request an exchange, follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@safehugs.in with the subject line:
   "Exchange for order [insert your order number]".

2. In the email, mention the following details:

   • Size Received: [Enter the size received]

   • Size Required: [Insert the desired size]

   • Product Name (if multiple items in your order): [Specify the product]
     
     

Conditions for Size Exchange:

1. Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original condition.

3. You are responsible for returning the product to the address provided.

4. Exchanges will be processed once per order.

5. Retain the courier receipt for sending your product back to us.

6. Exchanges will be dispatched within 3-4 business days after we receive the item, subject to size availability.
