What is the Shipping time ?

Usual time of delivery is 6-7 Business Days.
Usual time of delivery to Metros is 3-5 Business Days.
Some orders can take longer than usual to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control :(
But that rarely happens :)

How do I exchange my size ?

Our team will arrange a reverse pick and dispatch the size you want in exchange.
Please mention the size you want in exchange in the email.

How do I return ?

For returns please email us at support@safehugs.in

Our team will arrange a reverse pick up and you send your account details and we send money back into your bank account . You don't pay anything incase you want to return the item.

How do I buy something that is Out of Stock ?

Usual restocking cycle is 15-20 days for most outfits.
