Terms and Conditions
All information, products and services displayed on the safehugs website constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Safehugs website has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.
By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.
Safehugs reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
You are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use website of Safehugs
1.We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate.
Note: Products on sale/ promotions will not be eligible for a refund request.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice or intimation.
2. Shipping
Safehugs will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on Safehugs. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.
Sometimes Delivery may take longer due to the following reasons:
1) Bad Weather Conditions
2) Flight Delays
3) Political Disruption Scenarios
4) Other Unforeseen Circumstances
We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time.
If it is a pre-paid order, the customer will be refunded back the amount in his bank account as soon as the order is cancelled.
3. Reverse Pick Up
Reverse pick up is offered by Safehugs.
Reverse pick up will be arranged within 2 days of communication via email at support@safehugs.in
Safehugs will not be liable for products returned by mistake. If a product not belonging to Safehugs is returned by mistake, Safehugs will not be responsible for misplacement of the product or returning the product to the customer.
Reverse Pick up slip has to be produced in case of a discrepancy concerning our customer and our logistics partner. If there is a discrepancy in the scenario that the customer claims that the product has been returned and our system does not show the return, the refund will be done only if the customer produces the Reverse pick up slip given at the time of reverse pick up and the pick up has been completed and delivered to our warehouse.
4. Fraudulent Orders/Loss of Business Orders
To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly scan for fraudulent transactions and suspicious activity.
Safehugs reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability.
The customer may be considered a loss of business in any of the following cases:
1) The customer has a very high return rate.
2) Invalid or Incomplete address
3) Repeated request for monetary compensation of petty issues..
4. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Safehugs.
5. Cancellation of Orders
Safehugs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
6. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Safehugs for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
7. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Safehugs reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Safehugs has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.safehugs.in without prior intimation whatsoever.
8. Safehugs will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
9. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
