Customers can cancel an order at any time if delivery is delayed. For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded.
4. Reverse Pick-Up

SafeHugs offers reverse pick-up within 2 working days of receiving your request via email at: support@safehugs.in

If a non–SafeHugs item is returned by mistake, we are not liable for recovery or re-delivery.

In case of any dispute, the customer must produce the reverse pick-up slip to claim a refund.
5. Fraudulent or Business Loss Orders
To maintain security, we regularly screen for fraud. SafeHugs reserves the right to:

6. Order Cancellation

7. Incorrect Delivery Details
If a non-delivery or delay occurs due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., address errors or unavailability), re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
